This is a must for any beer lover. On the site of the former brewery, the Delvaux family reopened a new one in 2013.
Here, their own specialty beers are brewed, and groundbreaking research is still being carried out under the guidance of Filip and Professor Freddy Delvaux – Belgium’s leading beer flavour experts.
From Job to Delvaux to Superkroon, you can taste all the house-brewed beers in the cozy Bistro De Kroon, located next to the brewery.

Guided tour of the historic brewery, followed by a tasting of our Job (25cl):

We start at 4 PM, no reservation required!
The tour + tasting lasts approximately one hour
Any other time possible by appointment.

1. Vanaf 2 april tot minstens 12 juli (bouwverlof) wordt het dak van de twee torens van de kerk van Neerijse volledig vernieuwd.
Voor deze restauratiewerken wordt een torenkraan geplaatst in de Beekstraat en dit zal tijdelijk gevolgen hebben voor het verkeer: Eénrichtingsverkeer in Beekstraat.
De rijrichting loopt van de Schaveystraat naar de Dorpsstraat (N253).
Kom je van de N253, dan kan je de Beekstraat niet rechtstreeks inrijden.
Je rijdt in dat geval om via de Schaveystraat richting Sint-Agatha-Rode.
2. Daarnaast voert De Watergroep werken uit aan de oude drinkwaterleiding in de volledige Beekstraat.
Fase 1 – 13 april tot 27 april: Werken in de Beekstraat tussen Schaveystraat en Ridderstraat.
Onze bistro ligt pal in de werfzone. Wij proberen, in samenspraak met de aannemer, ervoor te zorgen dat onze parking altijd bereikbaar is!
Fase 2 – 23 april tot 30 mei: Werken in de Beekstraat tussen Schaveystraat en Dorpsstraat (N253).
Tijdens deze fase wordt het éénrichtingsverkeer tijdelijk opgeheven en vervangen door een totale afsluiting van de rijweg en volgt doorgaand verkeer een omleiding via de Schaveystraat.
